Silver Skate Day 1

Day 1 has come and gone. Once again Team Snow Art was the last to leave the site at 10:30pm. We are very happy with the results of the day considering the block was quite hard. The organizers allowed the teams to use chainsaws. The last time we used chainsaws was in 2006 in Charlottetown. We are expecting some warm weather over the next few days. This may cause us to change what we are carving as we need to protect the block from the sun.
