Long Day 2

As the title says, day 2 was a long one. We finally quit for the day after 16 hours at the site at 2:30am.

It was a very productive day and we found all the key elements of the sculpture. We still have some major parts to finish and are heading back up this morning to finish them.

We’ve had many compliments on the work we’ve done and on the design. I’m not sure how many kids came by and said “it’s Canada”. This is great because they can see the maple leaf that is the backdrop to the sculpture. Now it’s our job to make the front look as good as the maple leaf.

Due to the late night finish and the early morning start, I just have a couple of photos to post.
