Welcome. Also, how to navigate the blog.
Welcome to our blog, where we embark on a thrilling journey across the country in search of the perfect snow blocks waiting to be transformed into magnificent sculptures. From the serene shores of Charlottetown, PEI, to the rugged landscapes of Whitehorse, YK, our adventures take us far and wide. In 2012, we ventured to Harbin, China, to participate in one of the world’s largest snow and ice festivals, an experience that left an indelible mark on our artistic souls.
Join us as we recount our escapades, from convincing airport security that our sharp tools are just tools, to taxi drivers eyeing our mountain of bags with a mix of curiosity and apprehension. Navigate through our blog using the “THROUGH THE YEARS” menu at the bottom of the page, where you can explore older posts, like those from the snowy January of 2010 in Quebec.
For newcomers to our blog, rest assured that the latest updates always appear at the top. Navigate through our adventures with ease using links for “OLDER POSTS” or “NEWER POSTS.” And don’t forget, many of our captivating photos can be enlarged with a simple click.
