2023 Pumpkin Patch is Complete
Another season of carving Theressa powered through 8 pumpkins in about 4 and a half days this year. They turned out well, and she really had fun with a couple of them. For example, she grabbed some flowers and succulents from our garden and added a couple of ornamental gourds to create Gourdgeous.
Pumpkin Carving Season
It’s Halloween 2022 and that means it was pumpkin carving season. Theressa carved 6 pumpkins this year. The largest pumpkin (Winnie) was in the range of 50-60lbs. She appeared on Global Saskatoon TV to promote her pumpkin carving demonstration at the Saskatoon Farmers Market.
Voyageur Festival 2022
Unlike last week’s event in Edmonton, Winnipeg’s Voyageur Festival was cold, windy, and blizzardy. We started carving on Wednesday, carved for 4 full days and into one evening, and were very happy to put the tools down at 5pm on Saturday. Silver Skate Festival 2022
