Home 2019 February Day 3 brought sunny skies

Day 3 brought sunny skies

Like the title says, we had sunny skies to work with. Even better was the wind was non-existent for most of the day. It was cold, but without the wind and adding the sun, it was a pleasure to carve.

We welcomed Kara to the site today. She is a local who helped us last year and was willing to work with us again. We also grabbed a photo with the Theressa, Kim, Carole, and Terry. It’s the first time since Harbin China in 2012 that we were all together.

We ended up getting quite a bit done today and were happy with the progress. We had to go back after supper to get one more set of blocks in place so that they could setup over night.

Some features are really taking shape.
The crazies are at it again,

Just talking about the block
The lights are playing havoc with the eyes tonight.
