Wind Chill – Day 1

Theressa has started carving Wind Chill. Here are some photos from the first day.

Theressa’s cousin, Rod, had been over to look at the first sculpture last week and he mentioned that he had a Zamboni blade. Guess who perked up at that? Our friends from Winnipeg have a wonderful tool that they call the EXCALIBER” and we’ve been impressed by it. Rod took our thoughts home and came back almost the next day with, not one but two new tools patterned off the Excalaber.

The light was getting bad as we haven’t set up any flood lights yet, but here is how WIND CHILL is looking after two hours of work.

After less than two hours of work, Wind Chill is starting to take shape. Click photo for full size photo.
