After another long day of hiking around Beijing, this time at the Badaling portion of the Great Wall of China, we decided to go out for supper at a restaurant that we had discovered earlier in the week. The head Chef at our hotel had also recommended it. Carole wasn’t feeling well so she didn’t get to experience it.
