Who’d have thought that packing a block of snow by hand would be so tiring? Each time I (Terry) threw a shovelful of snow at Theressa, who was standing inside the form, I thought what am I doing? In short time a lot of this snow will be carved away and put right back where I dragged it from in the first place.

The monkey wants to return to his homeland … or anyplace HOT!! Theressa is in the form packing the snow with her boots.
We are almost done with the packing of the main block. We will then make a smaller block in front for the second part of this sculpture.

My shoulders are going to be sore in the morning. Good thing I get even with Theressa with each shovel of snow I toss … I’m aiming at her.
Keep your fingers crossed that it doesn’t get too warm on Tuesday and Wednesday.
