Well, it was a lot of hard work over the last four days, but we ended up with a wonderful piece that has wonderful lines, lots of negative space (holes through the block) and a number of highlight images (bears in the canoe, the moon and rabbit, and the dragon. We removed more snow that we normally do on a block this size.

- Carole, Theressa, Ole (our ringer) and Terry pose in front of the finished sculpture.
- The Dragon is coming at you … or seems like that is what he is doing.
- You can see several of the elements in this photo – the bears in the canoe and the book.
- Look at the swooping lines and the negative space.

Over the four days we put in a total of 110 hours between the four of us. We can’t thank Ole enough for his hard work and willingness to try something new. He was enjoyable to work with and took instruction well. He was even overheard saying “our sculpture”.
Thanks to our wonderful team mate Carole for the rides, putting up with complicated designs and cold weather to make a work of art with us. MERCI Carole!!
