Home 2013 February Wind Chill is Complete

Wind Chill is Complete

We finished Wind Chill last night. Just in time to repair our tools, wash our gear and pack for Winnipeg.

Wind Chill during the day; the carving is done. Click photo for full size.

The shot below is almost identical in placement, but at night with all the lights on.

Here is Wind Chill from the street. The eyes have a yellow glow that is best seen in person (for those who can come by). Click photo for full size.

Wind Chill in profile with all the lights on. Click photo for full size.

This is a view of the wind from Wind Chill’s perspective. Click photo for full size.

Below are both our sculptures in the same photo.

This is from our driveway and shows Suspended Beauty (completed Dec 31) and Wind Chill (completed Feb 9). Click photo for full size.

We will be posting one more time before going to Winnipeg to participate in the Festival du Voyageur’s International Snow Sculpture Symposium. Then, of course we will be doing daily posts from there.
